About SAA

Ambassadors lead informative and entertaining tours of the campus for prospective students and their families. We also travel off-campus to talk with prospective students at EKU Open House’s in various cities. You'll find SAA members:

- Conducting campus tours
- Working EKU Spotlight Days
- Assisting with the President's Picnic for freshman students

A Student Alumni Ambassador can be found anywhere across campus.  Our organization is made up of a diverse group of individuals coming from majors in every College Eastern has to offer.  Here are some Ambassador statistics:

- 52% enrolled in the Honors Program
- 19% involved in Student Government
- 22% active in the Greek system on campus
- 22% participate in a Religious Organization
- 33% are in an Academic related Organization
- 44% Departmental Organization
- 7% EKU Varsity Sports
- 46% Intramural Sports
- 80% Here on Scholarship of any kind
